2017-2018 Yearbook

The Provincial Grand Master is keen for brethren from across the province to have access to information about our lodges and lodge officers.   However due to the current Data Protection Act and the new General Data Protection Regulations that are about to come in,   it is not possible now to have it available on the website without a password as the Year Book has personally identifiable information in it.

An invitation to the 2018 MBF Festival Lincolnshire

As a province we attend the festivals whenever we can to support this worthy cause.  Recently we have visited Worcestershire (2015),  Devonshire (2016)  and last weekend a party of 14 brethren and their ladies attended Berkshire.  The PGM and his wife and other Brethren & Ladies will be attending Lincolnshire in July 2018,  and are inviting brethren to book Hotels direct and co-ordinate Festival Dinner & Trip Bookings via the Provincial Grand Charity Steward W.Bro. David Hedley.  You can obtain the full details by clicking the 'Read More' button and using the link that appears.

Inter Order Festival Gifts

Our PGM was delighted to present £1000 each on behalf of Glos & Herefordshire Mark Province to the Craft Festivals of Herefordshire (2020) and Gloucestershire (2018). The cheques are seen here being received by the Rev RW Bro David Bowen, PGM for Herefordshire, VW Bro John Thurston, DepPGM for Gloucestershire.

Collarette Presentations at PGL

The Provincial Grand Master normally presents MBF Collarettes in the appropriate Lodges,  but as neither Foster Mark or St Ethelbert RAM meet again until September,  he took the opportunity to present W Bro Wayne Rees,  WM Foster with a Grand Patron Gold Award Collarette,  and W Bro Peter Wiles with a Patrons Collarette for St Ethelbert RAM.

WBro Ken Taylor - A Brace of 50s

The PGM with approval from MMH presented W Bro Kenneth Earle Taylor PAGDC with his 50 years Certificate a few days early,  rather than make him wait for the next meeting of Cheltenham & Keystone No 10 in November.  W Bro Ken was suitably overwhelmed at the surprise.  He was advanced into Stradbroke Lodge No 874 in Portsmouth on the 16th June 1967,  and became a member of No10 in 1977.

He will become eligible for a 50 yr RAM certificate early next year having been elevated into Portsdown RAM No 739,  also in Portsmouth,  on the 22nd March 1968.
